Information on the processing of personal data

2. Access data
When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed by the web server. This includes the IP address, date, time, requested page and information about the browser used.
Processing takes place to provide the website technically and to safeguard the legitimate interest in security and stability on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact requests
When using the contact form, we process your details (name, email, optional company data and message) to classify your request, respond appropriately and document follow-up communication.
Depending on the content of your enquiry, processing is carried out either for pre-contractual measures or on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Client account
When registering and logging in, the data required for account management is stored. Passwords are not stored in plain text but hashed using standard PHP functions.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR insofar as processing is necessary to provide the client account and to fulfil contractual or pre-contractual obligations.
5. OAuth login
If Google or Discord login is enabled, only the profile data required for sign-in is processed. The use of this feature is optional.
Processing only takes place after you deliberately choose this sign-in method and serves to carry out the login process in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
6. Retention period
Personal data is stored only as long as required for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention periods apply. Contact requests are routinely deleted after completion unless further retention is necessary. Account data remains stored as long as an active client relationship exists or legal obligations require it.
7. Your rights
Within the legal framework, you have rights including access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also revoke any consent you have given with effect for the future at any time.
8. Right to object and right to lodge a complaint
Insofar as processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
