Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms of service apply to all offers, contracts and services provided by SyncWide Solutions to private clients, business clients and public entities unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Services

SyncWide Solutions provides services in infrastructure, hosting, server-related software development, support and technical operations. The specific scope is defined by the confirmed offer and related project documents.

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract is only concluded once an offer is explicitly confirmed or service delivery begins after an order. Information on the website does not yet constitute a binding offer.

4. Prices and payment

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in euros plus applicable VAT. Invoices are due within the agreed payment term without deductions. In case of continued delay in payment, SyncWide Solutions may restrict or suspend services after prior notice, where legally permissible.

5. Customer obligations

Customers must provide all information, access credentials and content required for service delivery. They are also responsible for not distributing or processing unlawful content through the systems provided.

6. Liability

SyncWide Solutions has unlimited liability in cases of intent, gross negligence and damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract to the extent permitted by law.

7. Final provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. If individual provisions are wholly or partly invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
