Support
If you need technical help, have a problem with a SyncWide service, or want to start a project, this is where to begin.
Create a free SyncWide account and open a support ticket. The ticket system allows file attachments, message threads, and status tracking so you always know where your request stands.
For general enquiries, project discussions, or if you prefer not to create an account, use the contact form. We respond to every message directly.
What to include in a support request
A clear request helps us understand and resolve your issue faster. Including the following information is helpful:
- What the problem is (describe what is happening)
- What you expected to happen instead
- When the problem started or what changed before it appeared
- What you have already tried to fix it
- Operating system and device type (for PC issues)
- Any error messages shown (exact text or screenshot)
- URL or service name (for account or service issues)
Response times
Response times are not guaranteed. Urgent issues affecting business operations are prioritised where possible — indicate the urgency and impact in your request.
Remote support sessions
Remote sessions are arranged by appointment through the ticket system. When you submit a ticket requiring a remote session, we will agree on a suitable time.
You retain full control during remote sessions and can terminate them at any time.
