Step 0: Prepare (optional)
For this you will need VS Code, you can download this at https://code.visualstudio.com. Once the Click on download for Windows and run the Setup file.
Step 1: Start Code
Open a Folder and Create a new File called "index.html", then type "!" to generate a basic HTML Starter Code.
The Code should look Something like this:

Step 2: Implement
Then Implement the Following lines in the "head" section of the code:
